VINO NOBILE DI MONTEPULCIANO DOCG
The most prestigious wine produced in Montepulciano and certainly one of the oldest in all of Italy is made from 80% Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile), 10% Canaiolo nero, and 10% Mammolo grapes.
It is aged for two years in oak barrels and refined for at least two months in bottles before release.
If it is aged for three years, of which six months in the bottle, it may bear the qualification ‘RISERVA’ on the label.
Ruby red in colour with orange reflections due to ageing. Delicate, intense, pronounced bouquet in which the violet dominates. Dry, harmonious, slightly tannic flavour.


ROSSO DI MONTEPULCIANO DOC
Composition of grapes similar to Vino Nobile: Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) 80%, Canaiolo nero 10%, Mammolo 10%.
It is aged for a few months in oak barrels.
It has a lively ruby red colour, a vinous, intense, floral bouquet and a dry, fruity flavour.
ROSSO D'ARNALDO IGT
An exclusive production of Cantina Crociani, created by Arnaldo in his long experience as a cellarman according to ancient winemaking techniques.
It is aged for 18 months in wooden barrels.
Intense ruby red colour, fruity bouquet and aroma.


IL SEGRETO DI GIORGIO IGT
This red is enjoyed with loyal and faithful friends.
It goes well with sincere chats and well-kept secrets.
Ideal for pairings with cheerful and playful people.
It is the brainchild of Giorgio Crociani and, like him, expresses simplicity, spontaneity, goodness and purity.
This wine is a tribute to the memory of a special man.
Packaged in numbered bottles, it is suitable for making every occasion unique.
CHIANTI COLLI SENESI DOCG
Produced according to old Tuscan tradition from Sangiovese Toscano grapes and a small percentage from white grapes.
It is aged for a few months in oak barrels.
It has a lively red colour and a fruity flavour with notes of cherry. Delicate and yet full-bodied and persistent.


CAGGIOLINO ROSSO
A table wine named after the vineyard area known as ‘Caggiole’.
Produced from Sangiovese Grosso grapes.
It is sold young, a very fruity wine with a vinous aroma.
CAGGIOLINO BIANCO
A white wine made from Trebbiano and Chardonnay grapes.
Light straw colour, floral flavour.
It is marketed young.


CAGGIOLINO ROSATO
It is produced from Sangiovese grapes.
The must is separated from the skins after a few hours of fermentation.
Pink colour with copper highlights. Intense and floral bouquet. Balanced and persistent flavour.
VINSANTO DI MONTEPULCIANO DOC
Wine made from white Malvasia, Pulcinculo and Trebbiano grapes selected at harvest and dried until early February.
Fermentation and ageing for several years take place in small 70/100 litre barrels.
A characteristic room called ‘Vinsantaia’ is used for storage.
Amber-coloured, with an intense, ethereal perfume characteristic of ripe fruit, and a full, velvety flavour with intense roundness.


GRAPPA DI VINACCE DI VINO NOBILE
This grappa comes from the distillation of the fine marc of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
The richness of this lightly pressed pomace, combined with the great care taken in the distillation process, results in a fine product.
The distillate is crystal clear in transparency, its aroma is intense and rich with the harmonies of the grape harvest and Tuscan autumn; on tasting, its pleasant warmth is articulated in a remarkable persistence.
OLIO EXTRA VERGINE D'OLIVA
Typical of Montepulciano, cold-pressed, it is produced from an assortment of olives (Oriolo, Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino) still harvested by hand at the beginning of November.
The colour is deep green, the flavour fruity, acerbic, almost devoid of acidity.
